Civil Service Family Protection Scheme Board A.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Officers on Leave Without Pay In the context of Pensions Reforms, the&nbsp;&nbsp;Civil Service Family Protection Scheme Board has informed this Ministry that, Section 17 of the Civil Service Family Protection Scheme Act, 1993 relating to Public Officers proceeding on leave without pay, has been amended as
